Next mark the locations of the downspouts with an x.

Use utility scissors or a box cutter to cut along the line that s factory marked on the extension.
Connect the downspouts to piping that will carry the water to a sloping final grade 5 ft.
The ideal angle is a slope of 6 inches in 10 feet.
You can cut the vinyl pipe to measure using a miter saw and smooth the edges using sandpaper.
Next attach a 45 degree elbow to the pipe with the mouth facing the wall.
Attach a 5 inch downspout pipe to the drop outlet using a coupler.
Measure the distance from the drain point of the rain gutter to the ground.
Plan on one downspout per.
From the foundation or to an underground catchment system 10 ft.
The spout gutter outlet installation is complete.
Adjust the angle of the splash block to ensure it slopes down and away from not toward the house.
Mark the measurements and make an outline on graph paper.
Install front screws holding spout tightly up against bottom of gutter install two zip screws through front flange on spout into front of gutter.
You may need to do some digging.
Install adequately sized gutters and downspouts.
Unkink and straighten before installation to avoid breaking the extension or pulling it off the downspout.
Be sure to practice ladder safety.
When measuring be sure to start from the ground and end at the flat of the gutter.
Begin measuring the roofline where the gutter will be installed adding together the lengths of each fascia.
Then place another elbow flush against the wall with one end facing outward and the other pointing downwards.
Subtract 6 to 7 inches and this will become the length of the downspout.
