It sounds like a stripped gear.
Garage door motor runs but door wont lift.
If not then contact a repairman to report to site for inspection.
If the motor buzzes and doesn t move an unobstructed and disconnected trolley replace the drive motor.
If possible check to see if your garage door motor is under warranty.
When the motor is running you can clearly see the shaft and sprocket are not moving at all not even jerking when starting or stopping like something had locked up the shaft.
